I find from the gazetting of Mr. Chater to be a Leg. Councillor that his Christian names are Catchick Paul - but I cannot find there Mr. Bell-Irving given.
Are they in the Despatch approving his provisional appointment to the Leg: Council (9698/95). Can you please help me to them: and is the Chinese gentleman to be gazetted so in the Governor's Despatch,
